As the Commissioning Editor for Routledge’s sex therapy, marriage and family therapy, and coaching list, I edited and championed award-winning books and authors, such as the founder of EFT, Sue Johnson. While independently responsible for the management of a high revenue catalogue, I diversified the list with new authors, trade titles, current topics, and commissioned a new series, Leading Conversations on Black Sexualities and Identities to highlight marginalised voices.
